Queens, New York, December 14, 2023 — The Rising Phoenix Foundation, Inc. is excited to announce 2023 Dr. Stacie NC Grant Community Service Scholarship Recipient.
The scholarship was created to celebrate Dr. Grant, a dedicated community servant known for her work in Queens, NY and internationally and to assist a deserving high school senior with the rising cost of higher education. All applicants were required to complete an application which included proof of their academic achievements and an essay that highlighted their community service work during their high school career.
The 2023 recipient and their award amount, paid directly to their college/university.

The Rising Phoenix Foundation, Inc. is a public 501(c)3 charity organization incorporated in September 2019. The Foundation was created to bring added value to the community service projects of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Phi Zeta Zeta Chapter. The focus is to award college scholarships to worthy high school students, cultivate strategic partnerships with local community organizations, and conduct community outreach service programs that will improve the quality of life for disadvantaged youth and adults in the Queens, NY area.

Dr. Stacie NC Grant
Dr. Grant is the 26th International President & CEO of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an African-American Greek-letter organization headquartered in Washington, DC, with over 900 chapters globally, founded in 1920.
Professionally, Dr. Grant is the CEO of C&G Enterprises Unlimited, LLC, an MWBE firm that focuses on meeting facilitation and professional development training services.
She is a dedicated community servant and has spent countless hours volunteering her time and serving the community through civic engagement and her youth mentorship programs.
